Remember Maria Eagle, the Justice Minister, securing £15.6m for one-stop shop women’s centres in February? Well, the successful projects have been announced, and will now receive funding for two years. CIFC is delighted that many of the projects supported over a number of years by members of the Coalition have been given funding to expand their work with women offenders.

Earlier this year, six organisations were collectively awarded £3.1 million in grants:
Women in Prison (London)
WomenCentre (Calderdale and Kirklees)
Anawim (Birmingham)
Tyneside Cyrenians (Newcastle upon Tyne)
